At Al Zikra Quran Center, we value our students and strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Our refund policy ensures that your investment in learning the Quran online is protected and handled with honesty and clarity.

1. Full Refund Before Starting Classes

If you register for online Quran classes but, for any reason, do not start your lessons, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your payment — no questions asked.

2. Refund After Starting Classes

Once your classes have begun, refunds may be offered partially or fully, depending on the circumstances. If Al Zikra Quran Center fails to provide a teacher or deliver classes at your confirmed schedule, you will receive a refund after deducting a small administrative fee to cover processing costs.

3. Missed Classes and Leaves

If you plan to take a break or leave for a month or more, please inform our administration before the new month begins. Once classes for a given month have started, monthly fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to stop midway.

4. Public Holidays

There are no refunds or adjustments for classes missed due to public or religious holidays, as they are observed across all teaching schedules.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Support Team via email or WhatsApp with your:

  • Full name
  • Course name
  • Reason for refund
  • Payment reference

Our finance team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
