By enrolling in any course or using the services of Al Zikra Quran Center, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Registration & Trial Classes

  • All new students are offered one free trial class to evaluate our teaching style and system.
  • After the trial class, students may decide whether to continue or not.
  • Registration is considered complete only after confirmation and payment of the monthly fee.

2. Payments & Fees

  • All course fees must be paid in advance before the start of each billing cycle.
  • Monthly fees are due during the first week of each month.
  • Failure to pay within the due time may result in temporary suspension of classes without prior notice.
  • All payments are non-refundable once classes have started, except where stated otherwise.

3. Attendance, Absence & Make-Up Classes

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
  • If a student cannot attend a class, the administration must be informed at least 2 hours in advance to qualify for a make-up session.
  • Missed classes without prior notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
  • Make-up classes are subject to teacher availability.

5. Class Suspension & Leaves

  • If a student wishes to pause classes for any reason, they must inform the administration before the new billing month begins.
  • If classes are paused after the month has started, the monthly fee remains payable.
  • If a student remains absent for 10 consecutive days without notice, Al Zikra Quran Center reserves the right to discontinue classes without refund.

5. Teacher Assignment & Communication

  • Teachers are assigned based on availability and teaching requirements.
  • Al Zikra Quran Center reserves the right to change the assigned teacher if required for quality or scheduling reasons.
  • Direct sharing of personal contact details (phone, email, social media) between teachers and students is strictly prohibited.
  • All communication regarding schedules, payments, or concerns must be made through official channels only.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times.
  • Any form of misconduct, misuse of communication, or violation of academy policies may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Holidays & Breaks

  • Islamic holidays (such as Eid) are included in the monthly fee.
  • No make-up classes or refunds are provided for official holidays.

8. Fee Adjustments & Policy Changes

  • Course fees may be revised periodically due to operational costs or academic upgrades.
  • Updated policies will be posted on the website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al Zikra Quran Center is not responsible for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or personal device problems experienced by the student during online classes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
